Pilates

In collective classes and without apparatuses, this session is a global training that demands control and balance developing the maximum individual potential. The adaptations created on the muscular-skeletal system are not only visible for the others; they are enjoyed at individual level taking us to a psycho physical well-being. The Pilates Method can be an oasis to restore the lost balance in our daily activity because it renders a lot of attention to the interior of the body allowing knowing it suitably. (conscious exercise).

Tai Chi y Chi Kung

Sessions based on the accomplishment of harmonic and continuous movements, coordinating at any moment the breathing , concentration and balance exercising of mind and body.
